The Lord of Mysteries game release date for mainland China was August 21, 2026 — the servers are live now on PC, Android, and iOS. Pre-download and character pre-creation opened two days earlier, on August 19. A global release date has not been announced To be confirmed.

All times are China Standard Time. The official July 10 WeChat announcement fixed the August 21 date, and the launch proceeded on schedule.
Platforms at Launch
The China release covers three platforms: PC through the official launcher, Android through the official APK, and iOS through the China App Store. The PC installer is a small launcher first, with the full client downloading afterward; the official FAQ asks for 80 GB of free storage.
Mobile clients are large as well. The Android APK is about 1.9 GB with a large additional download on first launch, and iOS is roughly 2.2 GB before patch data. See our system requirements page for the full hardware tables.
Launch Demand
Interest ran hot before opening day. TapTap reservations passed 2.1 million, the most for a new MMO on the platform, and character pre-creation filled its initial capacity twice. SPARK NEXA added six servers ahead of launch, bringing the total to twenty.
The author, Cuttlefish That Loves Diving, marked the occasion by hiding a letter and a small cuttlefish easter egg inside the game for players to find.
Global Release Status
SPARK NEXA operates an official English website and English social channels, which confirms global intent, but no regional dates have been published To be confirmed. The China client requires a Chinese phone number and real-name verification, so overseas players cannot simply import it.
Historically, Chinese MMO global releases follow the domestic launch by months rather than days. Until an official announcement exists, any global date circulating on social media should be treated as speculation.
